Teachers Service Commission enabled the T-Pay portal where teachers can access a number of services including downloading their payslip online. The portal is designed in a way that is easy to use. Teachers can log in at any time to access T-Pay services.

- T-Pay(Payslip) Password
Procedure
- Go to your browser, search T-Pay then click on the T-Pay Portal to open,
- enter your Username i.e. your TSC/ID Number,
- enter your Password i.e. your "Payslip Password",
- enter the answer to the simple arithmentic operation as the Security Stamp, then
- click Login.
- On the home page, from the menu on the left side of your screen, click on Latest Paylip to view it, then
- click Print at the bottom of the payslip to procuce a hardcopy of your payslip for record keeping.
How to Reset your T-Pay(Payslip) Password
Did you forget your T-Pay(Payslip) Password? Worry not. You can easily reset your "payslip password" by following these simple steps:
- Go to your browser, search T-Pay then click on the T-Pay Portal to open,
- click Forgot Your Password?,
- enter your Username i.e. your TSC/ID Number,
- click Reset Password,
- enter the 6-digit OPT Code sent to your phone,
- enter and confirm your New Password, then
- click Reset Password.
That’s it! You can now log into the T-Pay Portal using your New Password to download your Payslip, or access other T-Pay services like downloading your P9 Form.
Note
- OTP means One Time Password i.e. a secure PIN-code sent to you via SMS that is valid only for one session.
- Do not disclose your payslip password to anyone, or be careful with whom you disclose it to.
How to Download your P9 Form on T-Pay
- Go to your browser, search T-Pay then click on the T-Pay Portal to open,
- enter your Username i.e. your TSC/ID Number,
- enter your Password i.e. your "Payslip Password",
- enter the answer to the simple arithmentic operation as the Security Stamp, then
- click Login.
- On the home page, from the menu on the left side of your screen, click on Latest P9 Form to view it, then
- click Print at the bottom of the P9 Form to procuce a hardcopy of your P9 Form for record keeping.
