The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has two intakes per year every year, one in March and the other in September. All KMTC applications are submitted online through the KMTC Admissions Portal, so you must first register for an account to proceed.

Requirement
- National ID Card/Birth Certificate (for students who are under the age of eighteen (18))
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- KCSE Certificate/Results Slip
- Secondary School Leaving Certificate
Procedure
- Go to your browser, search KMTC Admissions then click on the KMTC Admissions Portal to open,
- click Register at the top right corner of the page,
- enter your Name i.e. your full name and Email Address,
- enter and confirm your preferred Password, then
- click Register.
- Under Personal Information section:
- enter your First, Middle (optional) and Last Name, Nationality, Country of Examination, ID/Birth Certificate Number, Gender, Date of Birth, County, Sub County, Constituency, Year of Examination i.e. the year you sat for your KCSE, and your Index Number,
- confirm you are not disabled by picking No, or Yes if you are disabled, then
- click Next.
- Under Contact section:
- enter your Postal Address i.e. P.O. Box, Postal Code and Town, and your Phone Number and alternative Phone Number (could be your parent’s or guardian’s) in the format 712345678, then
- click Next.
- Under Next of Kin section:
- enter the Name of your Next of Kin and your Relationship with them, then
- click Submit.
Upto this point your account is created successfully. In your account Dashboard, you can go ahead and enter your KCSE Subjects Scores as they appear on your KCSE certificate/results slip, and Upload and Submit your Documents i.e. scanned KCSE Certificate/Results Slip and National ID Card (front and back side) or Birth Certificate.
Note
- In case you forget your Email Address, on the login page click Forgot Your Email?, enter your ID/Birth Certificate Number then click Submit. Your email address will be displayed.
- In case you forget your Password, on the login page click Forgot Your Password?, enter your Email Address then click Password Reset. Your password will be changed to 123456 which you can use to login.
